In this analysis I am trying to locate the best needs for the site to determine what sort of establishment my proposal will be. From a first glance it is easy to see that many off people basic personal needs are met. There is plenty of tourist attractions and general leisurable activities.
The area shows a vast array of functionality. For a development to be successful in this environment, it needs to be something that is different or functional as a space of passing.
My ideas on this topic swing more towards a pavilion situation, while redirecting traffic flow around the back of the QPAC. I feel this will be great for a couple of reasons. One, it ingages people in the Ferries Wheel which i feel is an under utilised resource to South Brisbane. Secondly, it makes crossing the intersection far safer.
